She was also preceded in death by her mother and father, Mary and Joseph Trotta, brother Frank Trotta and sister Teresa (Teta) Dotter

Phyllis was surrounded by all her children in the days preceding her death and while they comforted her, she returned comfort and grace to them.

She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Rose, Elizabeth, Rose Marie, and Barbara, her many nieces and nephews and her loving friends.

Phyllis enjoyed bowling in a league for many years. She spent plenty of time at the Jersey shore where she and her husband owned homes in Seaside Hts. and Ortley Beach. She enjoyed the beach, and there she was happiest spending time with family and friends over the years. She was an avid supporter of St Jude's Children's Hospital.

Phyllis's family and friends are grateful for her long and happy life. She was feisty, full of spunk and full of love for us all. It is certain that she will be missed by family and friends whose lives she had touched. She opened her enormous heart as well as her home to anyone who was fortunate enough to meet her which was her absolute greatest quality.
