Cousins Tom. Erika, Victoria. Spencer, Muriel (Pudgie) , Vanda and Friends,

Heartfelt and Deepest Sympathies on the passing of your Father, Grandfather and Brother.

While our families have been apart for many, many years, I still have fond memories of growing up on Hickory Street and the interactions we shared as children. I still remember the times we kids gathered together to collect bottles and newspapers to bring to the person who would pay us and Tommy was the negotiator to make sure we weren't cheated. We'd all then go to the candy store as a reward for our efforts. Those were the days when deposits were paid for glass bottles and when bottles and newspapers were recycled. I remember one particular Christmas when Tommy got a little gas station where he could drive the little cars around and up and down the ramps to the different levels. He was kind enough to let us take a turn. During Summers, I remember playing baseball in the street in front of the house, playing hide and go seek, catching lightening and putting them in jars and in the winters building snowmen and snow forts in the yard as well as the snowball fights that might have got a little out of hand from time to time. When I was older I was followed home by a young man that I didn't know and I told him to go away and he wouldn't - Tommy happened to be coming out of the house at that time and I told him what was going on. He was kind enough to speak up for me and to tell the young man to leave. The young man didn't want to leave but Tommy persuaded him to go away and not come back. So many memories - so many years that have gone by too fast.

Praying God grants you all inner peace during this stressful time in your lives. Love and Hugs to all.
